"I wanted to provide my thoughts about working with the agency and staff of the Becky Loar Group / ERA All Points Realty. All of my experiences with the group have been honest, direct, easy to do business, with a quality product. My direct experiences with the office have always been positive.
I believe the staff helps create the positive experience. They understand the specific niche the Becky Loar Group fits, and cater to the needs of the people they deal with. They understand that the product they sell must have a quality to it that someone will pay for, and a value that a buyer feels is necessary for a "good deal". The homes that come on the market have been revitalized by the office, and generally show a quality. With the work that has been done on them, the improvements help a buyer feel satisfied that they are getting value for their money.
The staff also protects the buyer and the buyer's agent. Often there are special offers that a lender or owner is providing for a buyer or the agent. If (as in my case) there was not an awareness of a special offer, the staff will make sure to follow up and provide the necessary information (and forms) to allow the other party to participate in a program. I don't believe that most offices would provide that help unsolicited.
Technology is also a big part of this real estate business. The Loar Group office provides a web site that provides the listing information and photos, and the ability to get all of the forms necessary to make an offer easy for the buyer agent. And while e-mail to anyone in the office makes communication easy, the phone communication, particularly prompt returned calls, add to the positive experience.
Overall, when I am dealing with a buyer that is looking for a good property with immediate value, the first place I call, or web site visited, or a stop by the office, is the Becky Loar Group. I feel very comfortable putting my reputation on the line with my buyer that the product is worth my clients time, attention, and money. I won't do that with most operations. Keep up the good work".
